If the insured has a “repayment policy,” the insured may be required to pay damages and then be “reimbursed” by the insurer for loss and pocket costs, including the claims count, with the insurer`s consent. [Note 1] On-demand insurance (including IoD) is an insurance service that provides insurance coverage to customers when they need it, i.e. episodic and not on a 24/7 basis, as traditional insurers usually offer (z.B. customers can purchase insurance for a single flight rather than longer-term travel insurance). The insurance of civil liability is a very broad implementation: legal rights against the insured. Many types of insurance include one aspect of liability insurance. For example, an owner`s insurance generally includes liability insurance that protects the insured in the event of a claim made by someone who slips and falls on the property; Car insurance also includes an aspect of liability insurance that is compensated for damages that a falling car can inflict on the life, health or property of others. The protection offered by the liability insurance is twofold: a legal defence in the event of an appeal against the policyholder and compensation (payment on behalf of the insured) in relation to a transaction or a court decision. Civil liability insurance. Generally only covers the negligence of the insured and does not apply to the intentional or intentional acts of the insured. The recidivism rate at the decametric values of these variables leads to statistically significant coefficients and adjusted R2s that go beyond that. B of which, for example, would be achieved by using the deferred dividend-price ratio as an explanatory variable. We believe that a similar adjustment could be achieved with data generated by our model.
The inclusion of this ratio as an explanatory variable also allows the model to exceed the standard CAPMs for the explanation of the returns of the 25 Fama and French (1993) portfolios. Given the results here, this is not surprising. Another important emotion that can be mobilized to impose informal agreements is shame. Unlike guilt, shame is caused by public revelation and disapproval and therefore requires the exchange of information about the action. As Barr (2002) has shown, the ability to annoy shame varies from person to person. It probably also varies from culture to culture. Identification with a group plays an important role in shame. Those who exclude themselves from the rest of the Community often feel little or no embarrassment when they break Community rules – or even take pride in them (Fleur 2002). “Compensating” means putting the whole thing back in or putting it back in the position in which, as far as possible, one was before the arrival of a particular event or danger.
